I'm Rob Sanchez, and Lima HeatCraft isn't just a business to me—it's a commitment to my neighbors here in Allen County. I grew up right here in Lima, not far from Kibby Park, and I've seen firsthand how crucial a reliable furnace is when those cold Ohio winters hit. After years working in HVAC across the region, from Findlay down to Sidney, I realized there was a real need for a furnace repair service that understood the unique challenges of our homes. Whether it's an older house in South Lima or a newer build out in Shawnee, every system has its quirks. That's why I founded Lima HeatCraft, based right here at 1741 Lucille Dr. I wanted to build a company focused on honest assessments and durable repairs, especially when unexpected breakdowns happen in the dead of winter. We're here for emergency furnace repair, ensuring families across Downtown Lima and Northwest Lima stay warm when it matters most. It's about more than just fixing a furnace; it's about keeping our community comfortable and safe.
